Subject to availability, your order is usually shipped within 1 - 2 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will back order it for you, we aim to dispatch back order items within 28 days - it's usually sooner. If this happens you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you are ordering goods for a Christmas gift, show or an audition (good luck!) - we recommend that you place your order approximately 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
We cannot accept liability for late deliveries and there will be no postage refunds for late deliveries.
Please note: we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
Returns and exchanges

All returns must be sent within 21 working days for exchange or refund to:
Dans-ez International Limited, Unit 7 Blenheim Close, Pysons Road Industrial Estate, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 2YF, UK - Your parcel should be sent postage paid - we recommend recorded post because we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid returns parcels. You should always retain a proof of postage.
- Please ensure the items returned are in a new, re saleable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To aid the speed of your return/exchange process please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions.
Simple exchanges - same reference but different size or colour- will be sent postage FREE to UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered as part of an exchange.
We do not charge for exchanges however please note there will be a £3 handling fee for ALL refunds of goods received after 21 days.
All refunds are for merchandise only - postage is non-refundable in any circumstances.
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks.
Post Christmas orders may be returned up until the end of January.
